Hey all. Long story short, I’ve been receiving spam text messages non-stop from random numbers regarding donating to Trump and his campaign. This has been going on for almost a year and a half now.

I don’t care about the politics, I care that it’s still happening. I have MULTIPLE screenshots of evidence of asking to unsubscribe to these spam texts and yet I continue to receive them.

It’s becoming insanely bothersome as I use my phone for business reasons and a notification is something I need to pay attention to.

Do I have a case under TCPA? Is this something that I can/should file a claim for?

At this point it’s becoming ridiculous, any advice is appreciated.
