Post Body

I’ll be very straight to the point with this post. I 17m have just recently transferred from a different state to now here in KY. During the end of my 2nd semester back in my former state i was unenrolled by PF (Parental Figure) too early and lost half a year of credits (Being 4 credits). I am now living and studying at a new high school where my ability to graduate is closer to 0 than anything. The required credits for graduation here in KY are 26 and i have 17. All of my classes i was placed in by my current school are all filler (electives and 2 of them being classes i have already previously taken back in my old state) with only 2 core classes at all in my studies which equal to not enough credits to even scrape the graduation requirement. I have talked to all officials in my school of a way to even get some classes to graduate but with no luck. Along with all of this, during my move they lost my transcript 3 times and my IEP has been fully lost equaling to none of my accommodations from previous state being able to be transferred over.

Is there any way I can drop out without my main PF getting into any serious legal trouble?

Thank you for reading.
