I’m in Florida. I was let go by my employer. I was on vacation, I met these guys while out. Thought they were cool and I’m a friendly person. Anyway I was texting with a group of four female coworkers who I was teaching a class to. I left my phone unguarded, one of them got into my phone and sent an explicit video to the group chat. I didn’t know this until the following night when a friend of mine (Who is not a coworker) text me asking why I sent her this video. I denied it. Also got a text an hour after that from a family member asking the same. There was no video in these text threads. My guess they sent the videos and then deleted them from the thread. When I got back to work Monday is when I found out the video went to the group chat of coworkers. They let me go. From what I understand one of my shift managers has the video and is freely asking g people if they want to see it. Is there anything I can do against the coworker showing this video?
