Hello all, I just wanted some advice on this situation and if it could be pursued legally. I live in state A, the man in this story lives in state B, but this happened in state C (Washington). I visited someone I had met only once before but we kept in touch. Basically we ended up having sex and I was pressured / convinced but I did engage. He ended up coming in me and lying about it. I got a plan b and tried to have a good rest of our time and thought I was being irrational about my fears of him intentionally doing that. we had sex again and he came inside me, without my consent, but said it “was okay bc I took a plan b.” I have some texts corroborating this and him saying he did this because of “how strongly he felt about me.” He’s 35 and I’m 24, we had a heated convo after the first “mistake” where I opened up about previously needed an abortion and my fears surrounding pregnancy. So he knew this. Anyways he’s being an asshole, hasn’t really offered a sorry or acknowledged how this has affected my life (a lot). I’m just wondering what legal basis I have to stand on and if this is an assault/ stealthing? It hurts me he can just get away with this and I am left pregnant, alone, had to stop some of my classes for school, unable to work for the time being. Any advice I would appreciate and willing to give more info. I feel so so so so stupid and hurt.
