My girlfriend just found out that the restaurant she works at has had a “minor” gas leak for at least a few weeks. Lately she has been feeling extremely fatigued and lightheaded at the end of her shifts and says all of her coworkers have been having the same issue. Is this legal? Nobody disclosed this to her until tonight, and none of the customers know either. Everything about this situation seems sketchy to me.
