Civil court tomorrow and I just got served the papers a few days ago.. I have surgery this week and multiple doctor appointments because I’m sick .. and I called the court house and they said the wrote a note to the judge that I have surgery and that im saying I don’t owe this debt .. Is there anything I can do ??? Will the judge automatically default judgment if I don’t show Can I ask to close this what can I do what’s the best course of action ?? Can they take my property away too or try if it just $3900
