My wife took the puppy for a walk and our neighbor asked if he could pet her. She said sure and he petted her. The puppy didn’t bite him, she did however jump up for a moment and in that moment could have scratched him ? Our neighbors house is a home for the mentally ill and disabled and the neighbor this happened with appeared to be mentally disabled. An hour after this incident him and his worker show up to our door and his arm is covered from wrist to elbow in gauze wrapping. Stating that our dog bit him and she needs my wife and I name and our dogs name for there report (I assume to there agency ? But unsure) We told them I’m not comfortable giving out names out especially since that didn’t happen and there must of been a miscommunication. We then told them to have a good night and they left. Is there any thing we have to worry about ? What should we do if anything ?
