2 years ago I went away for a few months and put my internet service on seasonal pause so I didn't have to pay 90 bucks while I was gone and just 10 bucks to keep the service running. When I got back I called them to restart my regular service. They turned the service back on and told me I was all set. It's two years later and I am using the internet everyday, and I just checked my auto pay bill and realized they never stopped charging me the seasonal fee.
If they find out, can they make me pay the difference for the last two years?
if I don't say anything and let it ride out, am I in any legal trouble?
what would you do?!
