Advice for collecting as a small business to someone whose business closed

Hi everyone, I unfortunately have to send someone to collections over an unpaid bill from 2021 that I have been trying to get myself. I have contacted them through several outlets, and sent a demand letter with no responses. She has blocked me without trying to resolve the issue or come up with a solution.

I run a small baking company and every dollar counts. I do have a lawyer to ask as a backup but I wanted to reach out here and see if any of you have some advice?

I'm really trying to get this taken care of without having to absolve the debt.
