, I hope this is the right place to ask this question , I could really use some help . I have a Jeep that is under warranty and fully covered by insurance that is having electrical problems and wonโt run . Iโve taken it in to the dealership to have it looked at and the dealership is saying it was possibly struck by lighting and to file a insurance claim , the adjuster came out and determined it was not struck by lighting . Now the dealership is saying that it was jump started backwards . It was not . I had road side assistance come out and jump the car at one point but everything worked for a few days afterwards , no sparks flew and there were no electricity issues for a week , then the car died and I had to have it towed to the dealership who is telling the Mopar who owns the warranty that the problem was due to outside influences ( jump staring backwards ). Mopar is affiliated with the dealership just for clarity . How do I get them to honor my warranty
