Lat night whenever i was driving her car it was making a weird noise every time i started accelerating and just noticed the check engine light was on so i checked her dip stick and it was bone dry and burnt so initially thought she must have gotten a leak extremely recently because she takes her car in to get a oil change every 3000 miles so after i got done checking the oil we took it straight to the closest place to get oil change and the mechanic found no leaks and also told us he has had multiple people come to him with the same exact problem after getting a oil change done at jiffy lube. She still owes 11000 dollars on her vehicle and we are barely getting buy as it is and she is a wreck especially because she depends on her vehicle for work. If anyone has any advice on what we should do i would be very grateful. She shouldn't have to pay for a large corporations mistake
