My wife and I bought our first home in august of 2023, Thru ought the year, there has been many minor problems and some major that is under the warranty. However, there was this major problem where the whole exterior stucco cracked, I'm not exaggerating, they came to patch it up, but they did a bad labor job and the lines are really noticeable. As well for my garage, where they fixed the leak , there is still a 2x2 hole on the drywall and because they took forever to come, the wood frame molded and the epoxy peeled off where the water rested. This problem was since February and they still seem to be avoiding me and the warranty expired since august of 2024. I've been fighting them that all this problems were in the gap of the warranty, but they just make it seem like they will do something about it, that they will re-do the stucco and fix everything, but I just get empty promises and get ghosted. Now they are ignoring my emails and also ignoring the Warranty company,''Strucsure Home Warranty''. They warranty emailed that they had 10 days to respond and finish the warranty work and today they gave them another 5 days. Is there anything I can do? The builder is Golden Homes J and L. I'm in El Paso TX.
