Post Body

I am a gay man and take the drug called Descovy to prevent HIV. I came across a case that a person also who was a man who had sex with men was initially denied a type of insurance coverage for taking a similar drug called Truvada. Legally speaking break down this case law for me... To my knowledge an insurance company can deny you coverage for any reason and does not even have to tell you down to the detail why. https://www.glad.org/cases/doe-v-mutual-of-omaha/#:\~:text=Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company (United States District Court for, from long-term care insurance.
