Post Body

This post is not about me. Basically K rents house, allows his sister, R, to move in for cheap rent. K gets notice that he needs to start paying child support, so more than doubles rent. R informs K she can't pay, so K kicks her out immediately. She has nowhere to go and can't afford a hotel room much less a lawyer. Is what K did legal? Is there any recourse? I don't believe R ever signed a lease.
