I was hit in the face. I filed a PFA eviction is on there so she can no longer be at the residence. She has entered the residence with no police presence unannounced and reported each incident including attempting to put a curtain rod through friends window while staying away and I’m not talking or answering phone.
Each day eventful this morning I woke up with Police telling me I need to go to the hospital in handcuffs because petition was filed for involuntary hospitalization. I was released within eight hours when psychiatrist arrived, I was discharged no later than two hours later.
I have been maintaining myself following the order and calling 911 and police precinct for clarification.
What do I do about this behavior the best way I can word it is fabricating false information I was told through my family because she said I was going to hurt her and she felt scared while standing outside by residence across the street as I got escorted, I went back to the precinct and said this, and they replied that it was a public place, even though it was less than 50ft, cannot enter the residence due to eviction petition.
This is all new please help advise on accusations that are not true because it was very violating to be handcuffed and hit in the face in the same week.
Lastly, Police say because hearsay on reports versus not the witness is why arrest is not occurring in these moments.
Awaiting Attorney, trying to get retainer money.
Thank you
Edit: possible pertinent: her pets are still here. I feel they need to be rehomed, I don’t want them & never agreed having them over the years. She’s not taking them with her. Seeing her behavior pattern i.e. false claims, I am overthinking now if she wants to say animal abuse so I don’t wanna risk these factors. Rejoining pets without her consent as moral as possible I also plan next:
Update 2 possibly pertaining: I am 100% disabled veteran through the VA, medically retired versus medically separated, benefits from DoD; Honorably Discharged; four years in army. No children either. She is civilian.
