My EX got out of prison on August 9th. He only did like 6 months I believe …. When he got out I thought he was going to change and make an effort to now be on OUR 8 year olds life. He was gone since the age of 3… He has only seen her once since she got out, never asked for her again…. I don’t know why I thought this time would be different. I know he has to have a job with parole. Would we have to go back to court to award anything monthly? I only got back pay since he was locked up during our hearing.
