Hi there, kentucky here. I have a show of cause hearing for some debt tomorrow of around 5,000 and I've been unemployed for the last 5 months which is why I haven't been able to make payments. Recently got a job again about a month ago but haven't gotten a full check yet because it's a bi weekly system. I have screenshots with friends discussing the duration of my unemployment and the reasons for it, would they be sufficient evidence as to why I haven't been able to make payments and should I offer to resume making payments while I am there? I've never been to court in my life and I want to pay all this off. I just haven't had any money for 6 months due to my husband using my car because his was in the shop for over a year. I just recently got it back and immediately went back to work. Any advice is welcome.
