Hello all I once had a beautiful 2018 mailibu that I loved and then I I feel in love and things went really sour really fast many bad choice where made and I nearly destroyed my life and did destroy the transmission on the car. Totally chemically balanced me* sarcasm, decide it was best to stop paying it. It's gone now unfortunately but I made my choice. This was about 4 years ago now about 4 months after repossession I was of course contacted by a lawyer. Truthful I was sour and rude at our first meeting back then again totally chemically balanced. I showed I have no assests no big money or stock and probably came of as total idiot loser and made some payment plan i never went thorugh with. Well if fixed myself up quite bit by our second 2 years later when I fixed up and got a job he sent me a seponea at my new job. I show talk and try to convey that I was will to co-operate. Set up a new plan and payed up until I lost that job and it was a good job payed well and offered overtime. Hetting to now and I have had 2 new jobs that lasted 3 months each before I left one and was let go from another. He sent me summons again last month and I honestly didn't have the means to show so I didn't now he sent a new one threatening to have held in contempt of court If don't. Thing is at all of our meetings a judge has never been present. It's just us a court reporter typing things down she's also put in her own two sense regarding my behavior at our first meeting honestly it's just odd is this guy full of it or can he actually hold me in contempt without a judge present??

Tldr-Made bad choices debt lawyer sent me letter saying I'm gunna me held in contempt if I don't show but this is like the 3 time he's seponeaed me. There's never been a judge present at these meeting just payment arrangements.
