New York - About three months ago I got out of a very emotionally and mentally abusive relationship, I ended up getting incredibly sick because he was messing around with other people that I ended up in the hospital multiple times & with Bell’s palsy. When we were broken up I found out while we were together he was commenting, liking, snapchatting, etc with girls as young at 16 & I had said something to him about it all. I haven’t spoken to him in almost two months & he randomly texts me that I have been going around slandering his name, calling him a pedophile and that he is going to sue me. But even though I knew of him doing those things with those girls I’ve only said something to him, no one else. What should I do now? Should I make my own report of him? Can I counter sue for all the emotional and mental abuse he put me through that caused me in a mental hospital and having to be in on going treatment?
