State Farm won't total my car even though there aren't any parts
Post Body

Hey! I just wanted to ask what you think I should do in this situation. I own a 2023 Fisker Ocean. The company is in bankruptcy and there aren't parts. I got a crack on my solar roof and they're not totalling it out. They offered me $2600 including labor. I know thats too low but shouldn't an insurance company do more if there aren't parts available? They kept telling me to try all my local glass places which I KNOW will not have any parts. They just aren't making ANY parts for this car. If my roof breaks while driving, isn't that worse then?

All they kept saying was "there nothing we can do". There is no way that I'm the first person this has happened to. They must have some sort of standard operating procedure in a situation like this but they are ALL acting like it's never happened.

What are my options?

Thanks.
