I have been working a job for the past couple of weeks now and I got hired through a temp service/ recruitment agency that I work through them for 90 days and if the company likes me they will hire my I recently I was diagnosed with Covid originally I tested negative but because of my symptoms and several people in my house testing positive urgent care wrote me out of work to quarantine for 5 days I let my boss know and sent him a picture of the note I originally told him that I would try to return sooner then Tuesday which was the day I had the ok to go back to work but Sunday night I texted him and told him that I was feeling worse and was going to take the whole 5 days he told me that they have an attendance policy for new employees and he’d have to talk to management about it Monday I decided to go back in and tested positive that time and they wrote me out for another 2 days and gave me a prescription I told my supervisor that and showed him the positive test results paper I had and he didn’t respond. The temp/recruiting company I got hired through texted me today and told me that my contract has been ended with the company and not to return or contact them. Is what they did legal or is it considered wrongful termination? This happened in Michigan
