Post Body

I have a family member who is extremely out of line and has been for months now, we got to the point of not talking to each other for very long time, 2 days ago this person assaulted me, and when I went to report the crime they dismissed me because I am male and was attacked by a female. I want to record her acts and build a case against her from now on but I am not sure about the law, is it legal to do this in Tunisia ? record incidents in your own home to protect yourself ? will it be admitted in court ? otherwise what are my other options here ?
