My student visa for Ireland was rejected and one of the reasons was lack of medical aid. I have an email thread with the embassy with them telling me that I don't need one and I can get one when I am there.
The reason I did not get one was because the insurance company told me that I can only get it when I am physically there. The embassy was communicated this and they told me I can get that there.
I was misled and I now have to wait for a year to do my masters. Wasting time, money and caused shit loads of stress.
Is there some sort of legal action I can take against them? (Embassy of Ireland in South Africa)
NB: I completely understand that Embassies have immunity and that there is a genuine case for my visa refusal
