Got a citation in Idaho for Poss. Of Marijuana and Poss. Of Paraphernalia. I only had pre-rolled joints from a dispensary in Nevada and quite a few roaches. I did not have anything to smoke loose flower out of, so I don't get the paraphernalia violation. The cop also took the prerolls and left the roaches, telling me to throw them into a gas station trash can instead of confiscating. Should I plead guilty to the marijuana and not guilty for the paraphernalia? First appearance on 20th of Sept. Could I settle this out of court with the DA?
