I was fired from my first job for taking $100 worth of food, and my boss deducted three times the amount from my paycheck than he should have. I filed a wage complaint, and afterward, my boss tried to call me and sent me texts for two months, threatening to file a police report if I don’t retract the wage complaint. My parents think I a slam dunk case of harassment but I dont see it that way so Do I have a case against him due to him threatening me?
