Business partner ran up 7k on CC

Started a clothing company with a (friend), I opened a business credit card because I have great credit and we were going to use it to start buying products. I haven’t made one purchase on the card and my partner has ran up about 7k in charges and is having issues paying it off. What can I do and if needed can I take him to court? Any advice would be greatly appreciated
