My lawyers said my warrant isn’t active anymore?

Hey everyone , years ago (5) I was caught with about 2 grams of weed and got a ticket, later for a summons for Simple possession misdemeanor. I missed one of my court dates and a bench warrant was issued. I am now trying to clear up my record, I contacted my lawyers and they said they don’t see the warrant active anymore?
