Question about expungement of specific charge in OR

Iām just wondering if anyone can tell me if a particular charge is eligible for expungement in OR.
The charge is unlawful use of a weapon, which is a class c person felony. The new expungement law states that class c felonies are eligible but also that person felonies are ineligible; seems like a catch 22.
I can provide specific statutes if needed.
