Post Body

Hello. Per the title, I'm looking to file a motion of non-disclosure, pro se, for a felony drug possession charge from 2013. The term of deferred adjudicated probation was successfully completed in 2017. I have all the necessary documentation and an eFile account, know to start a new civil case.

My main question, if anyone cares to help, is how to figure out what agencies I need to include in this petition for the court to notify in the event my petition is granted (excepting private/ CRAs/scammy mugshot websites etc ). And dang, where to include it- as an addendum to the petitions? The District Clerk I spoke to indicated that there were an average of 12 agencies per case to notify of the non-disclosure order.

My circumstances prevent me from being able to afford an attorney or qualify for legal aid, so I'm limited to asking for help here.

Thank you for your time. Any suggestions of where else to ask are incredibly welcome.
