I'm in Georgia, she's in Alabama. we live really close to the state line.

Basically I dated this girl for a short while (19F) and I'm (23M) She is really sweet and I broke up with her over lifestyle choices. it was all very civil no arguing or anything. We were chill about the whole thing.

Well about a month prior to breaking up I had loaned her 230 dollars to adopt this snake and get the right sized enclosure for it because she didn't have the money right then and didn't want it to get taken so I did it without her having to even ask. I told her before I did it that she can just pay me back however long it takes doesn't really matter wasn't a big deal just whenever she could.

Fast forward to me breaking up with her, I asked her if she had the money so we could just be over it and go our separate ways, she said to give her two weeks. I said fine that's alright with me. Thought it was all great and good.

Well it's been 4 weeks now, she has blocked me on every social besides snap (which I told her I was blocking her on because I still do really care for her and love her and it would be easier for me to move on if I don't have her stories popping up on my snap)

She won't return my texts so she probably blocked my number.

I am recently having to start helping my dad pay for my mom's cancer treatments because he can't keep up with them. I just need the money but I don't wanna straight up sue her or something drastic if I don't have to.

TL;DR Ex owes me 230 and is dodging me weeks after and I just need my money in the easiest way possible to be over with it
