Maine if that matters. I looked down for a second, looked up & traffic had stopped. I didn't have time to completely avoid the car in front of me. My insurance told me that the driver did report an injury & said they'd look into it but not to worry too much because I have coverage for injuries. It's been 4 days since the accident, today the sherriff that was on scene called and told me she had papers to serve me. I was headed to work so she's going to serve me tomorrow after 5pm. I'm obviously freaking out a little, she didn't say anything besides she had some papers to serve me and made plans to do so. Looking for any advice or insight with this limited info.
