Bought a pipe in Mexico never used and for tobacco only I want to bring it back to the states as a souvenir and tobacco only (not taking tobacco into the states.), normal sized pipe but in the shape of a claw I see some people saying that I can and it's fine as long as its unused and others saying no. Spent good money on the pipe and really want to take it but if I can't I can't. I live in TX and will be driving back if that makes a difference. Please I really don't want to have any legal troubles I just wanna smoke some tobacco from my pipe. Can I take it?
