I bought a pipe and some rolling papers here in Mexico at a smoke shop while on vacation and I want to know if I can take it back to the US

They have never been used so there's no residue or smell on them, but I want to know about the legal consequences, I dont want to get in trouble for anything so if I have to I wont take them back but I spent a decent amount and I really want to take it home as like a souvenir and personal use. Its an average size pipe with a cool design of a claw, and the rolling papers are Blazy Susie which you can buy in the US as well from any smoke shop.

I also brought 2 vapes and I'd like to return with them but if I cant thats no big deal I just really want the rolling papers and pipe to bring back.

Will I get in trouble for this or am I just being paranoid
