After being gone for two and a half days with no communication at all on his end, my now ex-boyfriend came home with my car. He acted as if nothing had happened. He told me he was just mentally feeling down and needed to unwind. He said he basically spent that time drinking at the park (the police patrol there regularly and no one is allowed there after dark). He was very vague with his explanation. He said he just didn’t want to come back home until he got his head right. I asked if he went to work, and he said he did not. I asked if he still had a job, and he said most likely not. I asked what he did with the money he pulled from the bank. He said he drank it away and blew it on “stupid shit.” I told him what he did was completely unacceptable to me, and I want to end the relationship. Thank you all for the advice.
