As title states. The rejection email literally says "It appears you do not meet the age requirement for this position." It's a maintenance supervisor position, I'm early 40s. It's literally in writing in an email. I double checked the application and it never asked for my date of birth. I have work on my resume dating back to 2003.

What do I do and what are my options, and how do I go about dealing with this? This is not a small operation, it's a global commercial real estate company with over 50k employees worldwide.
