So to start off I recently escaped an abusive household. She was emotionally/mentally abusive before one night it turned physical. Well on my move to a new state I accidentally used the card for our joint bank account, since I was so used to pulling it out for purchases, it was like second nature for me. Well a little after I get to where I live now my ex messages me saying I stole money from her, and that I stole her EBT card. True I forgot her EBT card was in my wallet and I forgot to leave it with her. But for the money I kept telling her I would pay her back. She gave me until yesterday to give her the money but she knows I'm on disability and don't get paid until around the first.

What can I do?
