How do we dispute this? I was in the car with my gf and was a witness, we were driving along side a white corvette and the kid next to us in a turning lane (behind a solid white line) steered right into us, we couldn't avoid this accident at all whatsoever.
His insurance is refusing to call us or speak to us directly, all they've done is sent her a letter deeming him not at fault.
Her insurance also filled paperwork out incorrectly and she is currently on the phone with them while they scramble to fix it.
