Subscription service won’t let me cancel.

The company is Artnet.
I’ve called 10 times in the past month and they won’t let me cancel my subscription to the service. It’s almost 1000$ a month and they keep saying they’re going to call me back and they never do. What legal standing do I have here? I have a month to month contract with them but during the last month (after I tried to cancel) they changed the policies so to cancel now I need to give a 3 month advance notice.
What can/should I do here?
