Good evening everyone

I had question about how lemon law in Texas and if it applies in my situation.

I bought a 2019 Ford Ranger XLT in October of 2021 in Alaska. The truck originally had about 30k miles, give or take. Fine mechanical condition, nothing out of the ordinary from the naked eye. Just recently in the past few months, my transmission has decided to fail, despite keeping with the manufacturer suggested maintenance. The truck is in for service for the third time now, being repaired under an extended warranty. The first time it was taken in, mileage was at about 64k miles, now being at 66k miles, so just over the manufacturers factory warranty. The current repair is estimated to take about a month, assumably they're going to be replacing the transmission, but I haven't been told yet. Would I have a case under the lemon law in Texas to recoup the the purchase price of my vehicle, would it be under Alaska lemon law, or would it not qualify at all with either?

If there are any other pertinent facts that are needed, I'm happy to provide it.

Thank you!

Edit: for clarification, I current reside in Texas, vehicle was purchased in Alaska
