My son's mother, has a house that her mother owned. Her mother died , she has moved in, but never bothered with any paper work, been paying property taxes and all. She now needs a mortgage to do home repairs but is unable to get mortgage because house isn't in her name. Called 3 attorneys and on average they want 5 grand to get it taken care of. How can we do this ourselves, we don't have 5 grand available. Other important details, we live in indiana, she has a sister, but the sister is fine with her getting the house. Than you in advance
