Landlord breach of contract

Post Body

Hi! I'm looking for more clarity regarding this. I've been in this apartment for a few weeks but the landlord has already breached our lease by entering our apartment a few times without notifying us. There was one instance where he asked just one of my roommates who did give him permission (to move something out the living room, which is fine cause we wanted it out anyway). I wasn't notified of this but my roommate tells me that landlord did not text him when he was coming in and just took what he wanted. Apparently he told my roommate he was getting a "replacement" of what he took and randomly came in a different day without notifying us he'd drop it off, and it was during this visit that he ALSO enters my room and moves stuff for whatever reason. He emails me of this and I immediately lose my shit and start to get scared as hell because why was he in the apartment without notice? This time he definitely had no permission and he definitely had no right to be in my room or move stuff around. The lease makes it clear that they must notify 24 hours before every visit.

Our last roommate is a female and she is now scared to move in because of this. We're spooked as well and are scared of what to do.
