I got in a car crash yesterday and made a claim on my insurance however I've just been to the hospital and have found out that I have broken my collarbone due to the accident. Is it worth phoning my insurance company to tell them? have comprehensive cover including personal injury cover, but I live in the UK so Healthcare is free and I've walked out of hospital with no costs, so will it make a difference? No other drivers were involved in the incident. What are the consequences or outcomes that will occur if I tell my insurance and is it a good thing or bad thing to tell them?
