Realistically, what would happen if you crossed state lines (particularly from a legal state to an illegal state) with a marijuana vape, got pulled over, and they found it? I was on a cross country trip a while back and we are from a state where it is legal. After we got back, we were cleaning out the car and a vape pen was found under the seat. Honestly forgot it was there, but we passed through several states where it was illegal still. I tried to look up information about this, but all I could find was about drug trafficking, but then it would talk about KILOS of marijuana and I couldn’t find anything on just a simple vape pen.
