So my little brother just told me today that my oldest brother choked out my mom this was on the 4 of August on that shitheads birthday. My mom asked him to clean his room and he got mad and attacked her idk what she said but I don't think that was the right move on his part. She won't press charges neither will my dad so I need to figure out if there is something to do because he's been getting away with this for years and no one has said anything but now that he lost custody of the kids because his daughter was in the room watching him choked out grandma. Anyway I want to make him suffer for everything he's done to my entire family but my parents won't do anything. And by the way this post is 34 still loving with Mom and Dad had 3 kids and still choked mom out because he was asked to clean his room. I need advice or help I want to stay anonymous because I know my mom will disown me and I can't do that to my kids.
