Will a judge usually agree with what’s filed in an uncontested, no-fault divorce even if there is a clear uneven split of assets and debts?

My spouse and I agreed to an uncontested no-fault divorce, despite her cheating, and have been separated for a year.

I’m going through the paperwork before it gets filed and it’s making me a little nervous. She is reporting just hundreds of dollars in bank accounts and six figures of debt, mostly student loans that were acquired before the marriage, but some credit card and a car loan that we got together. She says she only wants her car and will take responsibility of the debt.

I on the other hand have the house which has about 100k in equity, some money in my 401k, a paid off car, and about 10k in bank accounts plus some paid off CCs and an HELOC that go in the assets column.

Our finances have always been separate. The house was acquired before the marriage, it’s in my name. She did put up money for the down payment and split bills before the marriage, but didn’t contribute financially after we got married. We were only married for less than 3 years before the separation.

It’s making we wonder if a judge will decide this split isn’t fair and try to award her something leaving me nothing to fall back on since this is no-fault.
