Post Body

I work and rent from the same person . I work as an independent contractor plus do small hourly jobs for him i work for him full time have been for 4 years. he pays me through cash app so i have records of all im going to say . I was told that i owed him a debt and because i owed him this debt he would keep half my wages on every bid job and every small hourly job that i did for him . for two years he has kept half my wages . The only money that i actually borrowed was 3000 dollars when my wife was diagnosed with cancer and we had to do alot of traveling. That money was paid back with only 2 bid jobs. He kept saying that my debt never went down because i would ask for fuel or insurance money for my truck . when i would ask for the money instead of taking it out of my wages he wrote it down as a debt he told me that since i owed him so much that any money he gave me is considered debt. For the past two years i thought that half my wages were going towards my rent and utilities and what debt he claimed i owed last month i found out that none of the money went towards my rent and all went towards personal debt he claimed i owed he let my rent payments get up to 32,000 dollars say i owe him that and wants me to go find organization that will pay it now he has me on a 250 a week plan to pay back the rent but will not give me my wages says when i pay the 250 he would give me those hours
