Sick/Annual PTO
Post Body

I’m leaving my job and have TONS of PTO, both sick and annual. I wanted to use some before I left. My specific job has nothing going on the next week and a half I’ll be working there. I do help out a lot with other jobs and they have come to depend on me for this and seem to forget I have my own job to do.

My direct supervisor is telling me I can’t use my sick or annual PTO during my last 2 weeks legally. Even though it is time I have accrued over the last 10 years working there. I don’t plan to just bail. I had a specific day planned to come and do all my out processing.

Can they deny my PTO just because I’m leaving?
