Co parenting ap for abusive controlling ex NSW

Location is NSW Australia.

I have an abusive ex, We share a child togeather. In a new relationship 3 yrs

He's increasingly nasty and threatening to my new partner. Mood swings , threats etc. Making it impossible to move on with my relationship and life

Can someone help me with a no contact app , that is designed for Australia , that a court order or AVO is not needed. To basically replace phone text or call contact. Essentially I could block my ex from phone contact and solely rely on the app to co parent, limiting the interactions and keeping it purely based on my child. Hence no further phone contact. That if needed could be used down the track as evidence for court possibly.. even if the app has a form of internal mediator that monitors the conversations etc
