I’m pregnant and can’t work due to a combination of pregnancy related issues, and scoliosis. My partner and I have been together a long time, and he has a good job.
The thing is because of my back issues naturally I’ve been receiving state benefits, and my partner moving in would involve me reporting the change of my household and income.
The part I’m worried about is my partner is technically an illegal immigrant. Will this cause issues? Could it potentially result in him getting in legal trouble if I add him to my SSI and SNAP case like I’m supposed to do if he moves in?
P.S. before anyone gets mad at me for getting pregnant when I can’t work I was on the nexplanon implant and we used condoms. BC just isn’t 100%.
