My manager says the N word in front of me

My manager has said the N word in front of me (I'm African American). Also the other day there was a new hire ( Indian guy). All the white employees thought he should sound more Indian when speaking to Indian clients. They made him practice and laughed at how he sounds. It's a hostile environmental and a small company. I don't think there is an HR person. Someone suggested that I just leave but what are my legal options
